Passed: New Jersey moves against algorithmic rent-setting
New Jersey A 3497, the Forbidding the Algorithmic Inflation of Rent (FAIR) Act, passed both chambers on July 2 and now awaits the governor. Its Senate twin (S 451) was withdrawn the same day — the Assembly version is the live vehicle.
