Water resources: data centers.

The bill makes data center owners give detailed water‑use estimates when they apply for a city or county business license and report actual use each year. It also orders state agencies to issue best‑practice guidelines for conserving water in data centers. The goal is to help California plan for the growing water demand of these facilities.
