A concurrent resolution urging Congress to recognize United States troops who served in Honduras from 1981 to 1992.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 1-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the designation and establishment of North Dakota Constitution Day.

AN ACT to provide an appropriation to the department of health and human services for a behavioral health facility grant.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 24-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to designating the bridge on state highway 6 as the CPL Raymond Porter Korea bridge; to provide a continuing appropriation; and to declare an emergency.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 54-02 and a new section to chapter 54-54 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the designation of the state waltz and state troubadour; and to provide for application.

AN ACT to provide an appropriation to the department of transportation for nonfixed route transit program grants.
