establish a greater tire weight limit for a mobile crane moving on any highway in this state.

supporting congressional authorization for, and federal participation in, major rural water supply projects identified by the South Dakota Association of Rural Water Systems.

amend provisions related to changing rooms, sleeping quarters, and restrooms.

classify 911 telecommunicators as Class B members of the South Dakota Retirement System.
