TEACHERS: Expresses support for the governor's efforts to identify and implement any means authorized by law to fund a stipend for classroom teachers and support staff for the 2026-2027 Fiscal Year.

LEGISLATION: Limits the number of resolutions or prefiled bills a member may file during any annual session.

ENERGY PRODUCTION: Recreates the Task Force on Energy Infrastructure and Modernization to study polices that promote energy self-generation, industrial microgrids, and expedited permitting in the state of Louisiana.

SCHOOLS: Creates and provides for a task force to study the minimum foundation program formula and recommend permanent, predictable funding for pay raises for teachers and support staff.

COMMENDATIONS: Commends Country Day's Isaac Herzenberg on his fourth championship at the 2A state track and field meet.

COMMENDATIONS: Commends and congratulates Metairie Park Country Day School on winning its 9th Louisiana High School Athletic Association State Championship in boys basketball.

INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS: Encourages further economic ties and friendship between Louisiana and Taiwan

PUBLIC BUILDINGS/GROUNDS: Requests the LSU Board of Supervisors to study naming the LSU Gymnastics Training Facility in honor of Coach D-D Breaux.

AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES: To urge and request the American Sugarcane League, LSU AgCenter, and Southern University Agricultural Center, in collaboration with agricultural manufacturers, to continue work on furthering technology and research into equipment to reduce the dependency of burning sugarcane.

CURRICULA: Requests that the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, in consultation with the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, study the feasibility of incorporating age- and grade-appropriate hunting education, conservation education, and shooting sports courses into curricula for public school students in grades five through twelve

HUMAN REMAINS: Enacts the Gracey Claire Rushing Act to provide for documentation, notification, and communication in the handling and disposition of human remains and internal organs (EN NO IMPACT See Note)

WILDLIFE/HABITAT: Expresses legislative support for a request by Senator John N. Kennedy to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service to conduct a study addressing the impact of land use changes and habitat loss on migratory waterfowl behavior

CRIME/SEX OFFENSES: Creates a statewide Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Coordinator

COMMENDATIONS: Commends Sylvia Fowles on being inducted into the 2026 class of the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame.
