Requires portable anti-choking devices be placed in schools.

Authorizes use of school bus monitoring systems.

Requires DHS to establish Alzheimer's disease public awareness campaign.

Makes supplemental appropriation of $1 million from Property Tax Relief Fund to DOE to support Pantoliano-DePass school based mentoring pilot program in certain Bergen County school districts.

Increases degree of crime for unlawful taking of motor vehicle.
