Enacts "India's law"

Celebrating Mother's Day on May 10, 2026

Directs the metropolitan transportation authority and the New York city transit authority to rename the 125th Street - Lexington Avenue subway station to the 125th Street Luther Vandross station

Permits certain members of the state liquor authority or officers, deputies, assistants, inspectors or employees thereof to be a member of a community board of education

Grants certain first responders free use of state parks and campsites

Establishes a low potency cannabis beverage retail permit

Requires the use of metal detectors at all general hospital public entrances

Recognizing February 11, 2026, as Walk for Peace Day in the State of New York

Provides that the thruway authority shall issue permits for ambulances and fire vehicles for toll exemptions

Waives certain licensure fees for seniors

Relates to increasing short-term disability benefits

Prohibits the use of surveillance pricing

Establishes the "Supporting Families Together act"; removes certain penalties for mandated reporters; repealer

Enacts the "fair share act"

Enacts the Customer Savings and Reliability Act; and repeals certain provisions of the public service law relating to gas service and sale

Relates to the development and use of certain artificial intelligence systems

Enacts the accelerate solar for affordable power (ASAP) act

Prohibits the sale of foods containing synthetic color additives in schools

Relates to the assessment of solar or wind energy systems

Prohibits the detainment of minors with adult detainees
