Insurance: health insurers; coverage for adverse consequences related to gender transition and reversal of gender transition; require. Amends 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.100 - 500.8302) by adding sec. 3406ww.

Trade: consumer goods and services; sale of certain dietary supplements and diet pills to individuals under the age of 18; prohibit. Creates new act.

Civil rights: sexual orientation discrimination; certain references to marriage; make gender neutral. Amends sec. 1, art. X & repeals sec. 25, art. I of the state constitution

Civil rights: privacy; restriction of student access to certain restrooms and changing areas based on biological sex; provide for. Creates new act.

Civil rights: general discrimination; gender identity or expression; remove from categories protected under Elliott-Larsen civil rights act. Amends title & secs. 102, 103, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 209, 302, 302a, 402, 502, 504, 505 & 506 of 1976 PA 453 (MCL 37.2102 et seq.).

Mental health: children; conversion therapy; allow. Amends sec. 100a of 1974 PA 258 (MCL 330.1100a).

Recreation: athletics and sports; determining classification of athletic events based on the biological sex of the participant assigned at birth; allow. Amends the state constitution by adding sec. 29 to art. l.

Family law: marriage and divorce; marriage license fee; increase and earmark. Amends sec. 3 of 1887 PA 128 (MCL 551.103).
